Abstract Utilizing a descriptive–correlational research design, this study examined the relationship between organizational culture, employee motivation, and job satisfaction among employees of Aklan State University–Ibajay Campus. Data were gathered through a researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation. Results revealed that employees reported high levels of motivation and satisfaction, with clan and adhocracy cultures experienced to a highly extensive degree. No significant differences were found in organizational culture when grouped by socio-demographic profile. However, significant positive correlations emerged between organizational culture, employee motivation, and job satisfaction, highlighting the role of a supportive work environment in fostering workforce engagement. Findings suggest that strengthening institutional culture and employee-centered policies can sustain high levels of motivation and satisfaction, thereby improving institutional performance.
