| Abstract | This study is a quantitative research with a causal approach examining the relationship between content quality and news presentation speed on reader satisfaction at the online media Beraupost.com, with corporate image and reader trust as mediating variables and reading frequency as a moderating variable. The research method used is a survey with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring readers' perceptions of content quality, news presentation speed, corporate image, and reader trust, as well as reader satisfaction. This research examines the impact of content quality, news delivery speed, corporate image, and reader trust on reader satisfaction in online media. The findings show that higher content quality and faster news delivery significantly improve corporate image and reader trust. A positive corporate image and reader trust, in turn, enhance reader satisfaction. The frequency of reading news strengthens the link between corporate image and satisfaction, while reader trust mediates the relationship between content quality and satisfaction. However, corporate image and reader trust do not significantly mediate the effect of news delivery speed on satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of content quality and timely news delivery in shaping reader perceptions and satisfaction. |
