Abstract The rapid increase in digital device usage among adolescents has raised significant concerns regarding its impact on mental health. This study investigates the psychological effects of digital detoxification—a structured reduction of screen time—on adolescent well-being. Using a mixed-methods approach with pre- and post-intervention assessments (GAD-7, PSS-10) and semi-structured interviews, findings indicate a statistically significant reduction in anxiety and stress levels after a 14-day digital detox program. Qualitative insights highlighted improved sleep, focus, and emotional regulation. The study contributes to the growing literature on adolescent mental health interventions and suggests digital detox as a practical preventive tool for schools, parents, and mental health practitioners.
