| Abstract | Abstract: This systematic review, conducted following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses) model, synthesizes existing literature on the impact of skill development. The review identifies, screens, assesses eligibility, and includes relevant studies to provide a comprehensive understanding of how skill development influences employability, productivity, and economic growth. Findings highlight a strong positive correlation across individual, organizational, and national levels, emphasizing the critical role of strategic training and policy interventions. The transparent methodology ensures reproducibility and builds a robust foundation for future research. |
