A Rare Presentation Of Mullerian Origin – High-Grade Serous Carcinoma Of Sigmoid Colon

Abstract Carcinomas of mullerian origin involving the colorectum in women with no concurrent or history of gynecologic malignancies are diagnostically challenging, and its histogenetic origin is uncertain. We present a Case of 66 year old female presenting with complaints altered bowel habits, abdominal pain and a history of weight loss, who was further evaluated and surgically operated and the biopsy and IHC found to be carcinoma of mullerian origin with clinical presentation mimicking primary colorectal carcinoma.
