| Abstract | Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in organizational decision-making, resource optimization, and strategic development. However, as AI systems are increasingly deployed across industries, their ethical implications and alignment with human values become central to sustainable management. This paper explores the dual role of AI: as a tool for efficiency, innovation, and global sustainability, and as a subject requiring robust ethical frameworks and value-oriented governance. Drawing upon multidisciplinary literature, the study examines how AI techniques—such as machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and computer vision—can be effectively integrated into management practices while respecting ethical principles of fairness, transparency, accountability, and inclusivity. The paper highlights case studies across sectors (healthcare, education, environment, corporate governance) and proposes a value-based model of AI-driven sustainable management. By balancing technological innovation with ethical oversight and human-centric values, organizations can harness AI not only for economic advantage but also for societal well-being and long-term planetary sustainability. |
