| Abstract | The recent trends in gastronomic tourism over the past decade have been analysed using bibliometric analysis with the VoS viewer. Data has been collected from the Scopus Database, and a final sample of 523 articles was selected out of 1416 articles. All these articles were published between 2014 and 2024 in the domain of gastronomic tourism. |
