A Decade of Gastronomic Tourism Research Bibliometric Insights and Emerging Trends

Abstract The recent trends in gastronomic tourism over the past decade have been analysed using bibliometric analysis with the VoS viewer. Data has been collected from the Scopus Database, and a final sample of 523 articles was selected out of 1416 articles. All these articles were published between 2014 and 2024 in the domain of gastronomic tourism.
