| Abstract | For modern-day sports, the role of Brahma Kumaris Rajayoga Meditation in yogic science psychology offers a spanking new perspective on psychological fitness. The Rajyoga meditation is explained as a powerful and successful new fitness paradigm tool in sports fitness and a simple intervention strategy is provided. The Rajyoga meditation aids athletes with their talent execution and fitness issues. In a modern take on Yogic Science Psychology, it reimagines the old Indian knowledge and provides athletes with the highest level of fitness through practical applications. Methods for boosting self-esteem and strengthening the coexisting system of chakra modalities in the fields of yogic science in relation to psychoneurobics in the form of psychotherapy aspects for players' performance improvements are refined. |
