Abstract In the landscape following the pandemic, hospital supply chains face increased demands for resilience, operational agility, and strategic foresight. Through multi-source analytics, this study presents a modular, data-driven framework for diagnosing and enhancing the performance of healthcare supply chains. The framework systematically identifies inefficiencies in lead time, order fulfillment, and inventory turnover by integrating ABC inventory classification, KPI deviation mapping, stockout risk modeling, and SWOT-based strategic assessment. Utilizing curated datasets from financial, inventory, patient, staff, and vendor domains, the analysis facilitates reproducible diagnostics and insights aligned with stakeholder needs. The key findings disclose significant performance deficits, such as a fulfillment rate shortfall of 54.8% and a stockout rate of 59.98%, underscoring the urgent need for targeted, evidence-based interventions. The suggested method provides a scalable framework for healthcare organizations to bolster inventory governance, improve vendor coordination, and strengthen crisis preparedness through predictive analytics and strategic benchmarking.
