| Abstract | 1. Aim & Objective:- Anemia is considered one of the most serious nutritional deficiency disorder in India and so far globally. In Sowa-Rigpa and Ayurveda, Anemia is known as distorted lifestyle disorder which can lower ones’ quality of life. Modern medicine treatment of anemia have several side effects which causes patients unable to complete their medicine course. Some of the supplements which are administered along the main course of treatment were seen with some side effects. Though when completed with their regular treatment, the side effect from those interventions remains same. Sowa-Rigpa Medicine is purely herbal medicine which have both benefit of safety and efficacy with low cost. Sowa-Rigpa Medicine mentioned in the text book which has background history of thousands years of its use but none of Sowa-Rigpa medicine have yet done any clinical study in the management of Skya Rbab disorder. Some clinical study of Sowa-Rigpa Medicine were done which were found having good result. 2. Literature Review (Disease Review from Sowa-Rigpa, Ayurveda and Modern Medicine) Review of Sedu-4 (S4) and Dadud (D7) Review of each ingredient of both medicine. 3. Research Gap/Lacuna (Critical Analysis of existing prescribed medicine for Anemia) 4. Sample Size (Group A ,Group B and Control Group, 30 patients in Group A, 30 patients in Group B and 20 patient for Control Group) 5. Inclusion & Exclusion Criteria (According of the performa refer to the anemia disorder mention in Sowa-Rigpa, Ayurveda Text books and Modern Medicine.) 6. Parameter/Scales (Designed with the Sign & Symptom and Blood investigation of Hb%) 7. Study Assessment Tool & Technique (Meta analysis of the safety and efficacy of the medicine by Biostatistics Analysis) 8. Findings (Yet to conclude the meta-analysis task of above medicines.) Yet to finalize. 9. Discussion and Additional Note ( Hemoglobin (Hb%) test just pre-menstruation flow and post-menstruation flow. also Veg & Non Veg, patient nature is also connection to anemia/ Hb%) |
