| Abstract | ABSTRACT Background: A significant amount of effort is devoted to managing Diastasis recti puerperium or post-partum period, when local and systemic changes caused by pregnancy and delivery return to the pre- pregnancy stage. The post-partum period lasts 6 to 8 weeks and is classified as immediate (1 to 10 days after birth), late (from 11 to 45 days) and remote (more than 45 days) diastasis among the primipara and multipara mothers. |
