Abstract The study aimed to understand and compare disordered eating attitudes among young adults. The beliefs, thoughts, behaviours, and feelings occurring abnormally in relation to food and could be related to eating disorders are often defined as disordered eating attitudes. The samples of 80 participants (40 males and 40 females) aged between 18 to 25 years were collected randomly and assessed using the Disordered Eating Attitude Scale (DEAS). For statistical analysis t-test was employed via SPSS. The results revealed that the male participants scored higher as compared to the female participants; however, the difference was non-significant. The discussion further attempted to understand and explore the findings.
