| Abstract | Through case study method we can have a perception of the events by a mere analytical method of studying individual cases. This will help to make comparisons, panoptic. The scientists in international law uses the case study methodology to analyse the important element and scale. Methodology should be developed in every project and the researchers should use this with data collection and analyse so that the errors, information gaps can be avoided. This research paper demonstrates the significance of case study methodology, their uses, advantages and limitations in law research. How the case studies have influenced the law research. What are the methods that can be used in law research. How much reliable is the data collected from the law research. |
