Abstract This study explores the relationship between attachment styles, self esteem and loneliness among undergraduate students. Attachment theory suggests that early relationships influence emotional regulation and interpersonal behaviour, which may affect social experiences in adulthood. Self esteem, a key indicator of an individual’s self worth and loneliness. This research investigates how different attachment styles- secure, anxious, and avoidant-relate to levels of self esteem and loneliness among undergraduates.
