Collective Bargaining Agreements and Teachers’ Productivity in the Education Sector in Kenya

Abstract This study investigated the determinants of teachers’ productivity in Kenya, focusing on salary and remuneration packages, working conditions, job security and stability and Professional development of teachers. The research was anchored on motivation and labor relations theories and applied a descriptive design with a sample of 4,291 teachers across different counties. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including correlation and regression.
