| Abstract | This study examines the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices of hotels across six key stakeholder groups: shareholders/owners, employees, customers, government, local community, and the environment. Using quantitative data analysis of survey responses, the study evaluates the frequency and quality of CSR initiatives in a hospitality context. Results indicate that CSR practices directed toward stockholders/owners (Overall Mean = 4.79) and customers (Overall Mean = 4.65) are consistently "always" practiced, demonstrating strong commitments to transparency, communication, and health safety protocols. Similarly, CSR toward government stakeholders (Overall Mean = 4.59) and environmental sustainability (Overall Mean = 4.30) are also consistently upheld, with hotels adhering closely to regulatory compliance, safety certifications, and eco-friendly operations. In contrast, CSR efforts involving employees (Overall Mean = 4.09) and local communities (Overall Mean = 3.75) are practiced "often," revealing opportunities for improvement, particularly in employee welfare policies such as remote work adoption and community engagement activities like cash donations and in-kind support. The findings highlight a stakeholder-centric approach where hotels prioritize regulatory compliance and customer safety while showing moderate engagement in employee and community support. This study underscores the importance of balanced CSR strategies to achieve sustainable and inclusive hospitality management, particularly in post-pandemic recovery. Practical implications include strengthening employee support programs and expanding community involvement to enhance the overall social impact of hotels. |
