Teaching Effectiveness of Migrant and Non Migrant Secondary School Teachers of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir- A Comparative Study

| Abstract | Abstract: The study was undertaken to find the teaching effectiveness of two groups of teachers in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. A sample of 600 teachers working in secondary schools was drawn randomly. The age range of the sample subjects was between 45-55 years. Teacher Effectiveness Scale developed by Chib and Mattoo (2022) was administered to collect the data. Mean, SD and t test were computed to analyse the data. The results revealed a significant difference between the two groups of teachers on some dimensions of teacher effectiveness. |
