| Abstract | Work-life balance prioritises “Work” and “Life”. Personal and professional work must be balanced. UK working women addressed work-life balance issues throughout the 1960s and 1970s. In the mid-1980s, the US government considered the matter. The US recognised work-life balance as a key HR problem in 1990 (Bird, 2006). Stability in work and home life is necessary for job satisfaction and life happiness. Devotion to their profession and constancy helps multi-specialty hospitals overcome difficult situations. Multispecialty hospitals’ support of wage-age exercises allows them to better suit household demands |
