| Abstract | The green synthesis of Nanoparticles is a rapidly growing field in nanotechnology, which leverages environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and sustainable methods to produce Nanoparticles. The MIC and MBC values for the synthesized nanoparticles were determined to be 20 µg/mL and 50 µg/mL, respectively. These values are within the effective range for antimicrobial agents and indicate that the iron oxide nanoparticles possess strong antibacterial properties. The MIC of 20 µg/mL is particularly noteworthy, as it suggests that the nanoparticles could be effective at relatively low concentrations, making them potential candidates for use in medical treatments such as topical applications or drug delivery systems. The green synthesis method presented in this study offers a sustainable, cost-effective, and eco friendly alternative to conventional nanoparticle synthesis methods. Further studies on the biocompatibility, toxicity, and in vivo efficacy of these nanoparticles are needed to fully assess their potential for clinical applications. |
