Abstract	The paper throws a summarized highlight over the contention of the interplay of AI and IPR in the contemporary era and even does highlights the challenges and suggestions for the same, so that it could actually address the vital contention of the need of the hour in a holistic and judicious manner for the due betterment of the society and to carve a pathway so that, the issue in practical sense could be solved and mere no delay should be done in order to grasp the best of the situation right now and reflects how does the authorities could actually contribute in terms of such aligned regards as concerned here respectively. Thus, this paper holds paramount importance for people of diverse fields to actually learn and to understand the facets of the interplay of AI and IPR in a concrete and diverse sense in a qualitative and meaningful matrix as being concerned and presented here in this paper.
