Abstract Sports nutrition knowledge, attitudes, and dietary practices (KAP) are critical components influencing athletic performance and recovery. This study aimed to assess how the variations in access to nutrition education, cultural dietary habits, and resource availability across various regions of India may lead to disparities in nutritional awareness and knowledge application among elite athletes.
