Smart Surveillance in the Modern Workplace: Measuring Its Effect on Productivity and Innovation

Abstract	This study examines the impact of workplace surveillance technologies on employee productivity and innovation which is used in the and organizational .Now there is boom of AI tools , As companies adopting all AI-driven monitoring tools, which understanding the balance between oversight and employee autonomy and becomes critical. Using quantitative and qualitative data from IT sector employees, the study identifies trends in employee performance, engagement, and creative output under varying surveillance levels .Finding suggest that while surveillance improves task efficiency, excessive monitoring can negatively affect innovation and morale.
