Abstract This study assessed the level of engagement of the students on the core values, and the level of development of the students on the NCEAN Development program, academic year 2024-2025. Using a descriptive-correlational method, data were collected from Naga College Foundation 2nd to 4th year criminology students of Naga College Foundation for academic year 2024-2025 through a questionnaire.
Findings revealed that criminology students were highly engaged with the NCF core values. They demonstrated strong awareness by easily identifying the values, accepted their relevance to daily life, practiced them through respectful interactions, and advocated them by influencing peers. The NCEAN Development Program was also well-developed among students, as shown by their goal-setting for personal growth, accountability for actions, respect for peer differences, and adherence to rules reflecting professionalism.
Overall, professionalism consistently emerged as the most significant and influential component across all aspects of awareness, acceptance, and advocacy.
