Abstract A 53 year old man presented with right flank pain, vomiting and generalised weakness since 1 day. CECT examination is suggestive of focal active vascular contrast extravasation in lower pole of right kidney with large perinephric hematoma. Later , the patient was taken for angioembolization. Left renal artery angiogram revealed multiple microaneurysms (>10), largest from lower pole segmental branch. Superselective embolization of lower pole segmental branch and aneurysm was done. After discussion with rheumatologist, steroid and cyclophosphamide were added to treatment and patient became hemodynamically stable.
