Abstract The rapid expansion of Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms in India has transformed audience entertainment consumption patterns. Platforms such as Disney+ Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, SonyLIV, ZEE5, and Netflix have become integral to Indian viewing habits, with web series emerging as a dominant format. Understanding audience perceptions of popular Indian web content is crucial to assessing shifts in preferences, engagement, and satisfaction.
