| Abstract | Purpose—Positive psychology is the scientific study of positive human experiences like happiness, well-being, and positive emotions. One of them is psychological capital, which consists of the positive psychological resources of self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience. There is an accrued amount of work in academic performance and psychological capital, but its triangulation approach with employability is still to be explored. Methodology—The bibliometric techniques are the study that aims to synthesize and organize the existing literature on psychological capital, academic achievement, and employability. The cluster identified shows a decent impact on the literature on psychological capital. There needs to be more research on employability and psychological capital. The citation and keyword analysis highlight the area explored around these topics. Findings—The analysis highlighted the areas where more research is likely to be conducted. This study can help researchers identify gaps in the literature and potential avenues for future research. Implication—Positive psychology and its relationship to academic achievement can provide valuable insights into how educators and policymakers can promote the well-being and success of students. |
