Abstract This study is conducted to find out the effectiveness of Delhi’s Gendered Transport subsidy called as “Single journey free travel pass scheme” popularly known as pink pass or pink ticket. The research work has been undertaken in Bhumiheen camp near Govindpuri, and Valmiki camp near Malviya Nagar, paper evaluates the effectiveness of the single-journey free travel pass in enhancing the empowerment of marginalized women in South Delhi
