Parent–Teacher Collaboration and Child’s Progress

Abstract Parent–teacher collaboration is a critical factor influencing children’s academic achievement, socio-emotional development, and overall learning outcomes. This paper examines how active communication, joint problem-solving, and shared educational strategies between parents and teachers support children’s progress. Drawing on developmental and educational psychology, the study highlights the role of collaborative approaches in fostering motivation, self-regulation, and consistent learning practices. Evidence-based recommendations for improving school–home partnerships are provided.
