| Abstract | Children’s cognitive development, academic performance, and socio-emotional well-being are significantly influenced by adequate sleep and proper nutrition. This paper examines how sleep duration, sleep quality, and dietary habits affect attention, memory, learning efficiency, and behavior in school-aged children. Drawing on empirical studies and developmental research, it highlights the synergistic role of sleep and nutrition in supporting learning processes. The paper concludes with practical recommendations for parents, educators, and policymakers to promote healthy routines that optimize children’s academic and cognitive growth. |
