| Abstract | This paper explores strategies for promoting kindness and empathy among students in classroom settings. Recognizing that social-emotional learning is essential for academic success and holistic development, the study investigates the impact of teacher modeling, peer interactions, collaborative activities, and structured interventions on students’ prosocial behavior. Drawing from empirical studies and theoretical frameworks in educational psychology, the paper highlights practical approaches for fostering empathy, cooperation, and positive relationships. Evidence-based recommendations are provided for educators, school administrators, and policymakers. |
