AI Driven Automated Translation over Virtualization for Performance Gain at Scale

Abstract The exponential rise of AI-assisted software development has accelerated the pace of innovation while placing unprecedented demands on computing infrastructure. Existing virtualization technologies such as virtual machines, containers, and hypervisors enable portability and compatibility but incur performance overheads due to runtime translation of instructions. This paper proposes an exploratory paradigm shift: leveraging AI-driven automated translation to statically compile and adapt application logic for multiple host systems. By shifting the translation process from runtime to compile time, the proposed approach aims to achieve near-native execution performance while preserving cross-platform adaptability. The paper discusses conceptual architecture, anticipated benefits, challenges, and implications for large-scale AI-driven computing environments
