Author(s) SAHANA KHATUN
Country India
Abstract Children’s literature plays a vital role in nurturing the moral and ethical foundation of young minds. Through engaging stories, relatable characters, and imaginative plots, moral values such as honesty, kindness, empathy, and responsibility are effectively communicated. This paper explores how children’s literature contributes to moral development, the methods used by authors to embed moral lessons, and the significance of storytelling in shaping children’s behavior and value systems. By analyzing examples from various children’s books, the study highlights how literature becomes a medium for both entertainment and character education.
