| Abstract | Teachers play a vital role in shaping the intellectual and emotional growth of children. One of their most meaningful responsibilities is to identify and nurture the hidden talents of their students. Every child possesses unique abilities that may not always be reflected in academic performance. Through observation, encouragement, and the creation of diverse learning opportunities, teachers can help uncover these latent potentials. This research paper explores various approaches teachers can adopt to discover, support, and develop students’ hidden talents. It also discusses the significance of inclusive education, emotional understanding, and creativity in helping children realize their full potential. |
