| Abstract | Global supply chains are undergoing a paradigm shift as traditional cost- and efficiency-driven models struggle to address today’s volatility, ethical expectations, and digital transformation demands. This paper introduces the 7 I’s Model—Integrity, Integration, Intelligence, Innovation, Inclusivity, Interoperability, and Impact—as a strategic framework for building stakeholder-centric and future-ready supply chains. The model reframes supply chains as interconnected ecosystems that balance operational resilience, social responsibility, and sustainable growth. By embedding ethical governance, digital intelligence, inclusive participation, and measurable ESG outcomes, organizations can align diverse stakeholder interests—from customers and regulators to employees and investors—while achieving adaptability and long-term value creation. A case illustration of Tata Power demonstrates the practical application of the 7 I’s framework in driving transparency, collaboration, and innovation across the value chain. The paper concludes that embracing the 7 I’s can help organizations transform supply chains into purpose-driven, digitally integrated systems capable of thriving amid disruption. |
