| Abstract | This study investigates the interrelationship between sustainable business practices (SBPs), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and the generation of long-term value (LTV) within contemporary organizational contexts. As environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations increasingly become embedded within corporate strategic frameworks, enterprises face heightened expectations from stakeholders to harmonize sustainability objectives with financial performance. Employing an integrative review and secondary data analysis of global sustainability reports, this research elucidates the mechanisms through which CSR initiatives and sustainability programs contribute to enhanced brand equity, improved financial outcomes, strengthened stakeholder trust, and organizational resilience. Empirical findings demonstrate that firms adopting comprehensive CSR and sustainability strategies consistently outperform their counterparts in terms of innovation capacity, risk mitigation, and market valuation. The study concludes that the integration of sustainability principles into core business strategies is pivotal for fostering long-term value creation and securing sustained competitive advantage. |
