FemiGuard:A Smart Women's Safety and Support System with AI chatbot powered by NLP

Abstract FemiGuard A Smart Women’s Safety and Support System with AI Chatbot Powered by NLP addresses the growing concern of women’s safety in today’s technology driven society. This research introduces FemiGuard as a smart safety and empowerment application that integrates real time emergency response, preventive awareness, and community driven intelligence within a unified platform. The system ensures rapid protection and digital empowerment through multiple interactive modules. A key feature of FemiGuard is its SOS alert mechanism which automatically sends an emergency message along with the user’s live GPS location to registered contacts when triggered. At the same time it activates an automatic background voice recording function that serves as digital evidence enabling documentation of incidents even when the user cannot operate the device. The system also includes a Safe Route Suggestion module that recommends secure paths based on community driven data and safety classifications gathered from user feedback and open mapping sources thereby enhancing route reliability and situational awareness. An AI powered chatbot developed using Natural Language Processing (NLP) offers intelligent real time communication by providing safety guidance self defense tips and emergency support to users in need. Furthermore the self defense tutorial section promotes awareness through instructional videos and also provides local helpline information based on the user’s current location ensuring timely assistance during emergencies. Overall FemiGuard functions as a comprehensive safety ecosystem that integrates AI based assistance digital evidence generation secure navigation and real time alert systems to deliver a proactive and empowering safety solution for women.
