| Abstract | Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the educational landscape, prompting educators, students, and policymakers to reconsider traditional approaches to learning and well-being. This research examines the prevalence, intensity, and management of stress among college students, as well as the emerging role of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in academic settings. Using survey data from diverse educational streams and levels, the study assesses the causes and symptoms of stress, common coping strategies, and barriers to effective management. Statistical analyses reveal significant demographic influences on AI adoption, highlighting positive associations between AI reliance, academic improvement, and learning satisfaction. Qualitative insights identify time constraints, stigma, and knowledge gaps as key barriers, alongside student-driven suggestions for enhanced resource accessibility and mental health support. The findings underscore the importance of integrating AI literacy with comprehensive stress management interventions to improve student well-being and academic success. |
