| Abstract | In today’s dynamic and technology driven professional environment, Emotional Intelligence (EI) has emerged as a critical factor in development of effective leadership, employee engagement, and organizational success. This paper presents a theoretical framework for developing Emotional Intelligence in the modern work environment, emphasizing its role in enhancing communication, teamwork, etc., The present framework explores on the key factors of Emotional Intelligence components such as self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills and their impact on workplace relationships and productivity. The study also examines the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital tools in assessing and improving Emotional Intelligence competencies, enabling organizations to create emotionally intelligent workforces. By bridging psychological theories with the applications of AI, this study delivers HR professionals, leaders, researchers and the like with feasible suggestions that promotes Emotional Intelligence for enhanced employee well-being, team performance, and enhancing organizational development and productivity. |
