Abstract Bilastine was substituted at its position 2 with Piperidine ring and benzene ring, which are abbreviated as BLT 1 and BLT 2 respectively. Both BLT1 and BLT 2 was docked against two different H1 receptor proteins with PDB ID 8YN2 (standard human H1 receptor) and 3RZE (Human histamine H1 receptor complexed with mini Gq). The docking score of the BLT1 and BLT2 was found to -13.4 & -13.6 Kcal/mol respectively.
