Financial management in libraries has become a complex and crucial task in the modern information era. Libraries, whether academic, public, or special, face immense pressure to deliver quality information services amidst shrinking budgets, rising operational costs, and evolving user expectations. Efficient financial management ensures not only the sustainability of library operations but also the achievement of institutional goals such as access, equity, and innovation.
