Abstract	Good nutrition is very important for the Children’s development mentally and physically. According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGAs) it is said that consumption of fruit and vegetables focus on health promotion, disease risk reduction and prevention of chronic diseases. Rainbow nutrition, Which Emphasize the inclusion of a variety of colored fruits and vegetables, ensure a balanced intake of essential nutrients. However, lack of awareness among mothers, who are primary caregivers, can hinder its effective implementation.
