| Abstract | The speedy development of workroom dynamics has controlled to the fame of work-from-home and hybrid work models as practical alternatives to traditional office-based work. This proportional study examines the key alterations, benefits, and challenges of WFH and hybrid work models, focusing on their bearing on employee productivity, work-life balance, organizational costs, and employee satisfac-tion. however, Sketch on recent studies and workplace data, the analysis highlights how WFH offers greater flexibility and reduced commuting time but may lead to isolation and blurred work-life bounda-ries. In contrast, hybrid models balance in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, fostering team cohesion while maintaining some autonomy. However, hybrid models introduce complexities in sched-uling, resource allocation, and maintaining impartial experiences for remote and in-office employees. The study also explores technological requirements, managerial strategies, and employee preferences shaping these models. Conclusions suggest that while both models offer distinct advantages, their effec-tiveness depends on organizational goals, employee demographics, and full-bodied communication frameworks. This study provides insights for organizations to optimize work arrangements in a post-pandemic era. |
