Abstract Radicular cysts are common inflammatory lesions arising from untreated pulpal necrosis, often requiring surgical intervention for complete resolution. Traditional enucleation may lead to large bony defect, which can lead to delayed healing and also associated with post-operative pain. Regenerative procedures can be incorporated to accelerate healing and to reduce post-operative pain. The combination of bone grafts, platelet rich fibrin (PRF) and amniotic membrane has emerged as a promising strategy to enhance bone regeneration, reduce postoperative discomfort, and accelerate radiographic healing in periapical surgery
