| Abstract | Hypertension, or high blood pressure, can lead to serious health complications include damage to the heart, brain, kidneys, and eyes, as well as an increased risk of stroke, heart attack, heart failure, and other complication such as kidney failure, vision loss, blindness. Lifestyle changes include weight loss, physical exercise, decreased salt intake, reducing alcohol intake, healthy diet and regular medication will help to maintain normal blood pressure and prevent complication. |
