Abstract This study explores the association between toxic positivity and emotional regulation among professionals. In contemporary work environments, employees often face implicit pressure to maintain constant optimism, even in adverse situations. Such enforced positivity, while intended to promote resilience, can lead to emotional suppression and reduced psychological authenticity. Understanding how toxic positivity influences emotional regulation strategies provides valuable insights into workplace well-being and mental health dynamics.
