| Abstract | The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed how industries operate worldwide. Businesses increasingly rely on AI to enhance efficiency, automate internal processes, and optimize resource management. By leveraging complex algorithms and machine learning, AI systems can analyze vast datasets to support smarter decision-making and quicker responses to market dynamics. In particular, AI-driven tools have improved customer relationship management (CRM) through personalization and strengthened cybersecurity by developing detailed risk profiles (Singh M et al.; Schreiber A et al.). As AI technology continues to evolve, its impact on automation and organizational operations is expected to grow even further, redefining how companies function and engage with stakeholders. |
