| Abstract | The rapid expansion of digital media has transformed childhood, creating extraordinary opportunities for learning and connection alongside measurable psychological risks. This study explores the relationship between children’s screen time and their mental well-being, focusing on attention span, emotional regulation, sleep quality, and social interaction. Findings highlight that excessive screen exposure correlates with higher levels of anxiety, irritability, and poor academic performance. The research emphasizes the need for balanced digital engagement and parental guidance to mitigate these psychological impacts. |
