Abstract Industrial wastewater often contains harmful chemicals and pollutants that can pose serious environmental and health risks if not properly treated. This project presents an automated Industrial Wastewater Monitoring System designed to measure and maintain water quality parameters in real-time. The system integrates a Raspberry Pi Pico with TDS, turbidity, temperature, and pH sensors to continuously monitor wastewater conditions. When the pH exceeds safe limits, a solenoid valve is automatically actuated to pump neutralizing chemicals, ensuring safe and compliant water quality. Data from the sensors is displayed locally on an I2C LCD and transmitted wirelessly via an HC-05 Bluetooth module to a custom mobile application, which provides real-time visualization and graphs of all parameters. The system employs an LM2780 voltage regulator and filter capacitor for stable power supply, and an L298 motor driver to control the solenoid valves. Powered by a 12V, 15A SMPS, this solution provides a reliable, low-cost, and efficient method for industrial wastewater monitoring and automated treatment.
