Feeding the Sluggish Gland : A Meta - Analytic Exploration of Dietary Patterns in Hypothyroidism

Abstract	This study was carried out to understand various Food Habits and Consumption pattern of individuals with hypothyroidism. This study also explores various food groups that is good for the health of thyroid individuals. Study was carried out through the systematic reviewing of various databases such as PubMed, Semantic reader, Semantic scholar using keywords. This study helps to understand the importance of environmental factors like food in maintaining the functions of Thyroid Gland. Food which is one of the factor helps to reduce the symptoms of Hypothyroidism. So understanding the Food Habits and Consumption Pattern helps to explore various methods to alleviate the Hypothyroidism Condition and maintaining the health of the thyroid Gland.
