| Abstract | In recent years, the digital transformation of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector has significantly impacted both rural and urban markets. This abstract explores the implications of digitalization on the sale of FMCG products, focusing on the distinctive dynamics of rural and urban areas. Digitalization has revolutionized how FMCG products are marketed, distributed, and sold. In urban areas, the penetration of smart phones, internet connectivity, and ecommerce platforms has led to a paradigm shift in consumer behavior. Consumers now have access to a wide range of products at their fingertips, enabling convenient and efficient shopping experiences. E-commerce giants and online grocery platforms have capitalized on this trend, offering doorstep delivery and personalized recommendations based on consumer data analytics. -------------------- |
